Pensiun Mudah makes retirement planning approachable for everyday Indonesian workers. The product translates dense pension regulations into a guided, conversational flow that produces a personalized projection in minutes, paired with comprehensive pre-retirement preparation training modules.

The Problem

Pension rules and retirement preparation are hard to reason about: contribution tiers, vesting periods, and payout formulas interact in ways most people never see until it is too late to plan. In addition, prospective retirees need structured guidance and upskilling to transition smoothly into their retirement years. The goal was to make both financial mechanics and readiness training accessible, transparent, and encouraging.

What I Built

• A typed rules engine modeling contribution tiers, projection formulas, and vesting rules
• A guided onboarding flow that uses progressive disclosure to keep information clear and calm
• A learner & training dashboard allowing participants to track course progress, access training sessions, and receive verified certificates
• An administrative portal to manage participant cohorts, syllabus modules, and readiness evaluations

Outcome

The first cohort completed onboarding in well under five minutes, and the platform successfully delivered both financial projection clarity and structured training delivery across the user lifecycle.
